I hold a Doctorate in Career Psychology and advanced qualifications in Human Resources Management, Training & Development, and Psychological Counselling. I am also a Certified Mental Health First Aider and a Certified Learning & Development Professional.

I & my spouse, Dinesh Soni, would like to express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the incredible guidance and support Dr. Vidya has given to our son throughout his academic and career journey. In the growing years of our son, Vidya - as teacher, and later during important milestones of his career journey, Vidya - as a mentor & counsellor, she has always encouraged him to believe in himself and strive for his best. Her understanding of his personality, strengths, and aspirations allowed her to guide him with genuine care and honesty. What makes her guidance truly special is the warmth, affection & patience with which she has always supported him in every situation - whether it was helping him navigate difficult choices, motivating him during uncertain times, or simply being there with thoughtful advice ! Dr Vidhya is amazingly patient and highly knowledgeable. She can get inside the minds of GenZs and Millennials with ease, which is one of the most challenging part. Dr Vidhya Thakkar, knew her as an old school friend. And now doing wonders as a career counselor. Both my kids have been highly benefited through her correct and accurate guidance.
